Painted with acrylic paint in layers, with stencils and a painting comb. Measuring tape fabric and scissors (color laser copies) were decoupaged. It's about 18" tall by 11" wide. I added the legs. You can click on the box to see it larger

Newspaper lettering, old pattern piece directions, scissors and buttons (color laser copies) were decoupaged onto the back of the box
