Reduced quilts on my color copier to create images for the front and back of a pocket 2-year calendar. You can buy these calendars at Michael's, Joann's and Target for $1.00 each. They have a plastic cover that protects the paper cover. Pull out the calendar. Cut to fit the front and the back and attach copies with a glue stick. I added a small strip to say what year the calendar is for, then put it back inside the plastic cover. |
Jamie, holy cow, at Target?? I'm heading there this weekend, I can't wait to snap one up! :D
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, you, well done!!
I'm gonna be looking for one, also. Great project!

these are really great, I love making art with my art. thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteGreat ideas for "recycling," Jamie.
ReplyDeleteI love what you did with the milagros-very cool! I put some old poetry pages in the center of a couple of my hearts and used some metal leaf on the edges. I think these look more vibrant. The calendar idea is great!
ReplyDeleteBig fun!
