Outside of the Glass Room, which I am sure is called the wine room and the one location in the hotel, that you can actually bring your own bottle of wine.  We have dined at this fine establishment, since it opened in 2004.  It has been our "go to" place to gather with friends, each night at Festival. We celebrated one another here, with joy, laughter, tears, birthdays, and pure joy!   It is slated to close soon, and another restaurant will be taking it's place, and not be connected to the Hilton.  Our favorite waiters will move upstairs to the banquet room, and I hope to be dining there in 2013. Here's to you Spencer's - it was been a great ride!
