Word for 2014 and other Thoughts

My on-going Moleskin Journal - a Story Book - Larger squares in the front, and smaller squares in the back.  Right now I am still in the large squares. The Moleskin measures 3-1/2 x 5-1/2 - so you can just imagine the size of the squares I am finding it easier to draw in these squares, than on a 8-1/2x11 piece of paper.  This is do-able for me.  I carry the journal in my purse, ready for inspiration.  This is my second book in this format.  Good news - I received 3 more for Christmas!  Happiness!
Dedicated to the new year 2014 - word and goals for my artistic life

Clarity.  Instead of being overwhelmed by what is out there, concentrate my efforts on what is important for me to do.

To look beyond deadlines, and create work that is just for the sake of making art!

Dig Deeper. Go the extra mile to create amazing work.  Practice, play, experiment.

Grow, Change, Evolve.  My hope for me as a person and my artistic journey.  Happy New Year!  Hope it's absolutely fabulous!
Other thoughts in thinking about the new year

Wishing you love, joy and laughter in the new year!

  9. I got out my ruler to visualize the size of your pictures. So each one is 2 3/4" X 5 1/2" right? (2 on each page)
